Thanks to Jeff Manheimer for making this map. I have been dreaming of doing something like this for ages, but I've been too lazy. If it weren't for motivated people like him, nothing would ever get done in the world.

Some problems that need addressing are:
- For some reason when you first click the points on the map, the text exceeds the bubbles but once you click a second time they look great. Is there a way to address this?
