Roma Pizza: "Perhaps majestic nomadic peoples are just bad at making pizza."

I mean, kosher pizza is categorically bad, and now Roma Pizza. And the only other Roma Pizza I can think of is that shit-factory on Delancey and Essex, so yeah. J/k, girls. I know Roma Pizza is not named after the historical well dressed and oft-maligned Romani people. It's obviously named after Tony Roma. But why a pizza place would be named after a baby-back rib baron who is named after an Argentinian footballer is beyond. Oy vey, nomenclature! It gets so confusing.

What can I say about the slice here? Well, it looks like shit, tastes like shit, and smells like chemicals. The ratios are awful. Too much sauce and cheese on a dough that isn't firm or thick enough. Holding this slice up, I felt like I was holding a diaper. The sauce, aside from being sweet, tasted like a bunch of spices, which is a tried and true tactic employed by shitty pizzerias to distract you from the fact that their slice sucks. A good piece of pizza should not taste like garlic powder (fresh garlic, this is another story), nor should it be spicy. If I want my pizza to be spicy, I will put some red pepper flakes on that shit. And I do want my pizza to be spicy, so maybe I shouldn't complain, but the point is, I want to have the RIGHT to CHOOSE. THIS IS AMERICA, DAMMIT!
